Over the course of her career, she has had the opportunity to work with renowned photographers Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Peter Lindbergh, Patrick Demarchelier and Ellen Von Unwerth. Her advertisement campaigns include Michael Kors, Rolex, Tiffany & Co., J.Crew, Levi's, H&M, and the Gap. Since 2002, Wasson has been the international face of Maybelline, appearing in print ads and television commercials for the iconic cosmetics brand.

In the fall of 2008, she appeared opposite Justin Timberlake in a multimedia campaign for his clothing line, William Rast. The campaign includes a series of short films directed by Jonas Akerlund. Wasson plays Timberlake's love interest, "Birdie."

For two seasons, Wasson played stylistclarification needed for CFDA/Vogue Award-winning designer Alexander Wang, and in the spring of 2008 introduced her own line of jewelry, LowLuv. For Spring '09, Wasson is launching a womenswear collection - Erin Wasson x RVCA - in collaboration with surf and skate lifestyle brand RVCA. Personal life

Wasson loves Maui for vacationing, and she owns a house in California where she can surf, play sports or walk her dogs. She enjoys snowboarding and surfing. When in New York, Wasson enjoys visiting Far Rockaway beach. But she credits a lot of her success to her Texas upbringing. As she told Teen Vogue, "You can't take the Texas out of the girl. ... I wouldn't have gotten this far in the fashion world if I didn't have a little bit of that Southern hospitality in me."citation needed
